LOCAL

Product shipments are free of charge throughout Kingdom of THAILAND via EMS.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All products will be shipped by FedEx or DHL.
The rate will be calculated by weight and place of delivery. 

 

DELIVERY

Our delivery hours is 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday Bangkok time Zone. Our shipment will start within 24-48 hours upon payment received, where your items will be processed and dispatched. (Outside delivery hours, including long holiday period, your shipment would start within 72 hours the latest.) While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, some delay could occur in some remote destinations under several circumstances. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we could not be responsible for any custom clearance delays.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirming email with online tracking information. FEDEX+DHL is our international shipping partner to deliver your purchase, while we rely on EMS Thailand post for all local delivery. A tracking link will be sent directly to your email upon your order confirmation.

 

DELIVERY INSURANCE

 

Albedo insures each purchase against theft and accidental damage during “transit" until it is delivered to you. Once they've been received and signed, they are no longer covered by our insurance. If you have specified a recipient that is not yourself for a delivery purposes (for example, sending as a gift), you agreed that a signature of the recipient is the evidence of delivery completion.
